The Charter House Apartments was a renovation performed on an existing twelve story apartment building in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. We executed exquisite renovations on the first and second floors of this building, including a new layout with walls, flooring, paint, and trim work.

We also renovated the management offices and erected a cafe and small kitchen area for residents.
